About me:
Rachel is a final year student in NCAD, studying Visual Comminication Design and specialising in Illustration. Her work explores themes of childhood, loss, identity and memory. Her work combines traditional hand drawn techniques with digital processes and works a lot with collage to create textured and layered pieces.
Her illustrations often draw on personal experiences and fragmented narrative to convey how memory shapes self understanding and perspective. Alongside an interest in branding and commercial illustration, she is interested in conceptual work and installation, using illustration as a powerful tool for storytelling.
